Two for One Link Up for A Labour of Fashion

I decided if the entire blogger world was celebrating spring I needed to embrace my inner flowers and jump on board, florals and a midi, what can I say I am easily influenced by my fellow bloggers. I have been noticing a big trend with SheInside. several of the blogs I religiously follow have been modeling great pieces and thought maybe I should check this out,.
Well bottom line is, I am hooked, gosh darn it, the prices are ridiculously low and there are way to many pieces I am in love with. So lets start with my first order which included this midi skirt. It is a perfect addition to my wardrobe, dark tights and a sweater for now and cute flats or sandals and a cami for summer, I am thinking I will get a lot of use out of this. ( only thing that would have made it better, POCKETS, yes its true I am on a mission to get pockets in all full skirts and dresses.

My Yosa necklace was the perfect addition to this outfit and I decided to really overdue the floral theme and add the necklace I got from H & C for Christmas.

Well today is a superspecial day, I agreed to Co-host the Thursday Fashion Files with Carrie and Jill, which I am really excited about, the only fly in this ointment is I usually have a link up on Thursdays so what the heck should I do……well I am going to take a walk on the wild side and hope this experiment works, today is a two for one special a chance for you to link up to two blog linkups from one location and hopefully get double the exposure.  Are you in??? Do you think we can make a two for one work successfully for all of us??? Here’s hoping and maybe if it does we can make this a monthly occurrence and really get some cross blog hops going.
So join me for my Labour of Fashion and then hop down and hit the Thursday Fashion Files

  • That's a pretty spring look! I was complaining yesterday when we had some snow (after weeks of nothing but sunshine), but you still seem to have quite a lot of it left. But spring is on its way, we just need to be patient.

  • Irene

love the skirt! i think it can be worn in so many ways!

You crack me up so much, always. You walk on the wild side all the time my friend – I mean that in a good way. I am glad the double link up worked and see I linked a different post for each lol.

That skirt is stunning. I own a floral, full, midi skirt already but I want a dressier one. They sell for anywhere between 45-80 bucks here, no bueno. I too have heard great things about sheinside and I registered yesterday and already added a ton of beauties to a wishlist. Your skirt is beautiful but I agree pockets would have been better. Love the floral bouquet on the neck too, you mixed 2 necklaces right?

  • Thanks Nora and thanks for dropping by, Yosa has the best neck pieces. I love Rachels shop

  • I am trying, wait till you see the pictures by Friday you should notice a difference in the snow ( little rain always helps)

  • I am there, of course

  • Thank you, Sheinside has the cutest skirts

  • I did mix two necklaces, really takes it up doesn't it. I find Sheinside is a pretty true to size with skirts and dresses, I want to try pants but I am a bit paranoid of sizing ( cuz I think the shape may be more junior not mature. I am going to take the leap soon though)

  • Thanks Jill, its been great. i was worried about the double link but I think it works

  • I am so anxious to try it in warmer weather.

  • we still have way to much but it is slowly going away. So anxious to ditch the heavy winter wear ( today I was able to go lighter coat YEA)

  • Thanks, Rebecca, we try and I do love the skirt

  • Alena Elena

  • Thank you Lisa, glad you stopped by This is what link ups are all about to me

  • That skirt is adorable!! Great SheInside piece! I ordered a blazer from there that I used to wear all the time when I first got it. It looks lovely with those shoes!

Thanks for joining in our little thrifty style link up!
