I started the day with the best of intentions, really I did, figured out this was a great holiday outfit to wear. Took some time selecting the perfect boots to wear, took my pictures and then spent the whole day wearing my Hunters because it was raining and I had meetings to attend off site. So is it a blogger lie to post pictures of something i really didn’t wear?? Blogger dilemma fact or fiction?
It is really a fiction isn’t it, so many bloggers actually just post outfits they like not ones they are actually wearing. Now i am not starting a blogger debate here OK, there is nothing really wrong with that, if that is what you are aiming for. Me, well I really like posting what I am wearing so it feels a little off to show boots I didn’t wear but I honestly planned to and acrried them in my bag so I left them. Plus I did also post my fabulous hunters so you can see how I really rocked the day.
What is your preference on a blog, do you prefer seeing pretty pictures of awesome impractical outfits or do you really want to see the real life?? I love both, there is nothing prettier than a gold tulle skirt with pockets ( can you tell what I am dreaming off??) so one may not wear that everyday but wouldn’t we all just love to try it on? I am dying for the skirt carly wore here to say nothing about the adorableness of here daughter…. are they juts not perfect. ( I mean the skirts LOL… not really they both look amazing but true confession I want that skirt ( actually I want that skirt with pockets). I am picturing me on the cruise in that skirt..but for today I will settle for this plaid ( its a theme) dress.
I adore this dress and I have to be truthful I found it at J Crew a few years ago in Orlando at the Outlets Mall for 12.00 an you believe it 12.00 and i wear it a lot… I think the price per wear is in the negatives at the moment. i paired it with a Nvy Blue Tommy Hilfiger Tank that is on its last legs but I cannot find a replacement for and my MK Leggings. ( Boots and necklace by F21)
Hunters ( purchased on my way to Blissdom at Vaughan Mills and my Columbia purchased on the way to the football game, hmmm I am sensing a theme that everywhere I go I stop and shop…
Happy friday folks and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the last weekend before Christmas, we are hosting our Annual Openhouse on saturday so stay tuned for pictures.
