Loving Life after 50

Yellowknife is not kind to Fashion Bloggers

Joe Fresh Grey Jeans with a Banana Republic wool sweater
I am still in Yellowknife and it is still really cold and everyday it makes me wonder even more how Nicole from High Latitude Style manages any outdoor pictures.  Just to clarify its not like Ottawa is toasty warm all the time but I can still manage 3 minutes outside which is enough time for me to make an outfit post work.  In Yellowknife, seriously 3 seconds with my glove off to take a picture with my phone is a challenge. My fingers got frozen snapping three pictures.

So frozen fingers be damned pretty cool pictures in the frozen north right? But stealing a few pictures outside your front door is one thing but trying it in a hotel, not so easy. Have you noticed how bad the lighting is in hotel rooms?  Seriously bad enough that I am just not prepared to take the indoor photos.  Today is another way back Wednesday Day. Wearing my favorite Banana Republic sweater but this time with my Joe fresh Velvet Jeans.( and my Jim Beam Beannie)
