Giant Tiger has the best selection of Canada Day apparel that I have ever come across, this year not only did I find the best shoes ever but I also found this Canada Rocks dress. I also may have found a red skirt and a tank that will be showing up soon ( all glorious Canada Day celebratory attire from Giant Tiger). Kent got a tee shirt as well.
Funny story, while I was browsing through the T shirts looking for one for Kent, a man came over to grab one. He grabbed a red one with a Canada 67 on it and then looked at me and asked why 67??? I swear I just stared for a minute, uhh 1867, mean anything. Worst part is the t shirt hanging behind my head actually said Canada 1867, apparently he missed that sign. Its funny the small historic details people forget isn’t it, like hmm Mr America what is the significance of 76, ahh nothing much right?
Well back to the outfit, do you dress for your National Holiday? WE may go overboard, I have chairs and towels and flags and maybe even a swimsuit. Todays Dress and shoes are obviously from Giant Tiger, Jacket from Old Navy and my new watch from Timber. Best part of the outfit is my necklace, it was in my Nana’s jewellery box, two strands she had spun together and wearing it means I have a piece of her close by.
