Tis a season of change, Fall is in the air and it is time to embrace all that is. For me that is a hair change and silly Linda took it upon herself to make that change, I never ever dye my own hair anymore, I have a great hairdresser that I love but Kim is sick and I am not sure when she will be back at work so I stopped and purchased some dye of my own…. bit of a mess up as I went way to orange for my liking so expect one Orange post and then hopefully I am able to fix this.
For today I am slowly starting to move back into heels. Just a few hours at a time, nothing to strain my ankle but enough to make me smile. So speaking of shoes and being happy I was invited to the Grand Opening of the new ECCO Canada Store at the Rideau Centre. Shoes, Champagne and Chocolate Cupcakes, what a way to win this gals heart. Stay tuned for a glimpse into my magical evening.
Does anyone else worry about what to wear to such an event? Seriously I debated and changed outfits several times but then recognized that I need to just be me and not worry about what everyone else is wearing. Dress for me and what I love. Tried a bit of mix and matching my favourite J Crew Dress with my Ming Wang blazer, quite the striking combination. Threw on some fabulous Shoe Dazzle Pumps ( and converse packed for later)
and then reality sets in and we realize, converse are still a better choice for this gal. Well actually I always wore converse/flats/sneakers to and from the office, who wants to wreck your heels right.
