I am positive y’all are getting tired of my weather complaints but it is May 12th and I want SPRING. Finally, Wednesday the sun peaked out for a short time. A short trip to the garden center to pick up a few plants was in order. I have been dying to plant my new planters. A turtle and a frog from Precious Moments.
Lou wanted to help, I mean who wouldn’t right? Honestly folks I have been a fan of Precious Moments all my life. What is not to love right, the adorable whimsical figurines we all grew up with. The Graduation Gal, the bride and groom a special figurine gifted at all the special occasions. I had no idea they had more than just figurines and collectibles though.
Precious Moments Garden Collection
Precious Moments has created a Garden Collection and for Linda the gardener it is perfect. Slow Down Deck and Garden Planter reminds me of my little sister, we call her Turtle. I guess my little begonia planter shall now be called Andrea. It is the cutest little planter and as my begonias grow, I know Andrea will be even more beautiful.
Next up is Ribbit, that’s my Hop to It Deck and Garden Planter. My Little Froggy is now filled with petunia. A wide-eyed frog offers a smile and happy expression while holding a favorite planting. Made of durable lightweight resin with a bottom drainage hole for easy placement and planting. This darling is approximately 9.25 inches high x 6 inch diameter opening. Holds approximately one gallon of potting soil.
Give this thoughtful deck and garden planter as a Mother’s Day gift or ‘just because’ you love beautiful surroundings.
I had a hard time pulling Lou away, she has a crush on Ribbit I think. Well it could have been the fact that the sun was shining for the first time in weeks that she wouldn’t leave the deck. Nah I am going with cute crush mode.
Patio Decor with Precious Moments
For now Andrea and Ribbit will sit on the deck stairs. As soon as we get a stronger indication that the season is here to stay I will relocate my Precious Moments. I am thinking Poolside may be their preferred location. Are you a gardener? Is your Mom? Bet she would love these.
