The fizz of sparkling water paired with a bright splash of pomegranate juice makes this refreshing cocktail feel extra festive. Serve in decorative holiday-themed glasses for even more seasonal cheer!

Holiday Cocktails

As with most holiday drinks this is a quick and easy to fix/make,  funny isn’t it how almost all holiday drinks can look spectacular yet only take a few minutes to fix. That is most likely because mom’s and dad’s may need drinks in a hurry and of course when you add Christmas garnishees anything looks great right??

Today I figured we needed some Holiday Cheer but with something other than cranberry.  Cranberry is the perfect holiday mix, festive plus light and refreshing. Know what else is perfect POMEGRANATE.  Bet you weren’t expecting that one.

How to make a Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail

Check your bar cart and fridge or cupboard for the following Ingredients:

 4 oz. citrus-flavored vodka, chilled

6 oz. 100% Pomegranate juice, chilled

3 T. fresh lime juice

4 oz. cold sparkling water

Optional garnish:
lime wedges
fresh pomegranate arils

Start Making the Sparkling Pomegranate Cocktail

1)Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add vodka, pomegranate, and lime juice. Shake to combine thoroughly. Strain liquid mixture evenly into two champagne glasses and top with sparkling water. Serve immediately.
