Double Bourbon Chocolate Brownies
Kent was once again scrolling through Facebook and stumbled on another great recipe idea. Not to imply that he stumbled on an actually recipe as I think he made this one up himself. For all you “Facebook is dying no-one sees our posts anymore”, well apparently Kent sees everyone’s recipes, videos and meme’s. My feed seems to be censored but his well it’s a free for all. Facebook is truly for the non blogger. Which is who we are aiming for right?
So back to the brownies, here is an awesome adult treat when you are in a hurry for sweet.
Duncan Hines meets Ezra Brooks and Old Weller
First point of clarification I did say Old Weller not to be confused with Old Yeller (couldn’t resist). This is so simple and so good. Substitute the water for Bourbon and Bourbon cream. That’s it, that’s all. Bake for normal time, remove, enjoy.
Or
If you are like me decorate with fun sprinkles because who doesn’t love sprinkles.
Truth be told I only added sprinkles to half so the pictures would look pretty, but it totally worked.
Big fan of brownies like me? Well check out the chocolate walnut browniesor even thepeanut butter brownie I have shared already. Who ever gets tired of brownies? Or if you do how about a Tiramisu
