If you have been around here for any bit or during Christmas at all you will know I love entertaining. OK We love entertaining all year but at Christmas it gets crazy fun. We host an Annual Open House every December and I am always looking for new recipes. Hot appetizers, lots of sweats, you name it I serve it. This year I discovered a great little treat featuring Baked Brie and Cranberries in a Pastry Cup
Brie and Cranberry Phyllo Bites
Need a super easy appetizer for your next holiday gathering? If so, you’ll definitely want to give these bite-sized phyllo cups a try. The flavors of warm, melted Brie and cranberries are enhanced with a slight hint of maple syrup. For a more complex and savory flavor combination, add some fresh thyme leaves to each cup prior to baking.
