Kent’s Mom always made the best cabbage rolls. We have been thinking of her a lot lately and of course missing her tasty rolls. Kent went on a search for something similar and came across a few recipes for casseroles. Eliminating the need to be able to roll cabbage.

It is a relatively simple recipe to follow, and can be modified with additional spices for bigger flavour. Adding in Paprika chili flakes or whatever you want for bigger taste. We went traditional for our first attempt.
