It’s officially one week until Christmas Day and that means time to start dressing like the holiday is here. I love trying to create a festive holiday spirit with what I am wearing. I have sweaters and skirts and dresses and well I am sure you get the picture I am raring to go for the Holidays.
Christmas Clothing and Candy Cane Sweaters
I have several basis pieces, well maybe basic is not the right word. I have several skirts and sweaters and dresses that I try to change up each year. Take today’s Candy Cane sweater, I wore this last year with red flannel and my black silky joggers. A cute and festive look but today I am rocking lumberjack plaid pants and a white shirt. The same yet oh so different. It is going to be a fun Throw back week. Styling the same pieces with a different twist.

Wearing a Candy Cane Sweater I found at H&M last year with my Buffalo plaid pants from Old Navy. The classic white shirt and gloves are also Old Navy and the boots are from Forever 21. Most of my items were 2016/17 purchases but I did find a few replacements for you
Got lots going on this week. Kent’s mom is coming for a visit, got a big surprise planned for a friend and getting ready for our open house. I am so excited to start the food prep and share with you all my ideas. Re-doing my croissant Wreath and trying the pizza/spinach dip tree for the first time. I also plan on making a few meatball treats that I will share. The veggie tree may be still on a break this year but I do love it as a centrepiece. What is a good replacement for broccoli that everyone will eat?
