Canada Day has been celebrated ( extensively I might add) and now it is time to add a bit of blue. Time to get the Red White and Blue going and celebrate July 4th or Independence Day. Sharing the patriotic love with my neighbours to the South. There is no question crazy times are upon us but all the more reason to remember. It’s a day to remember what the Red White and Blue actually stand for.
July 4th and the Red White And Blue
Hoping all my friends, family and readers who are American are taking the day to remember, Rediscover your love of what it stands for. Take the day to celebrate your family and maybe have a fun time or two, Do you have big plans? Do you spend the 4th having quiet quality time with family or do you go BIG and celebrate. Happy 4th my friends
Our Canada Day this year was a hot, steamy pool day but spent with friends and family. A great BBQ, fun drinks and even an awesome new dessert. I made a new Pina Colada Pie and I can’t wait to share the recipe. Stay tune I promise you will not be disappointed.
July 4th looks in Red White and Blue
Today I am celebrating in Old Navy but that is no surprise. Old Navy always carries amazing pieces that help celebrate the Red White and Blue. Although I am Canadian I have often celebrated with my Southern friends. Sometimes in stripes and Stars, sometimes in Festival attire but always patriotic. This time I am back in a fun linen shift with red and blue stripes. Topped off with a Navy Blazer I feel I am showing your flags colours.
I added my Sperry’s for a fun twist and cute sunglasses I found at Forever 21.
