On a roll for the Ice Cream/Dessert kick. Sad fact it’s almost the end of summer and here I am going crazy with summer dishes when everyone else is going pumpkin spice crazy. I am a fan of pumpkin spice and fall never fear but I am also Canadian so why rush into Fall. Summer is the season we wait so long for so I like to hold on as along as I can.
A few weeks ago I made a Baileys Cookies and Cream dessert but the Chocolate did not turn out as well as I wanted. True confession I think I added to much milk so it was not as firm as I wanted. Well before I could throw it away, Kent said freeze it… it tastes great its just not the right texture. Well I figured what the hack right? Just before I froze it I thought why not add a zing, small dash of chili, some chili chocolate and lets’ see what happens.
