Current Shoe Obsessions
It is almost Spring, and yes boots are here but casual shoes need to make an appearance. Plus I just may be packing for a cruise, so that required carefully curated shoe packing.
Remember age does not dictate the style, you,your personality and confidence will take care of that. Today is all about the fun styles that are out there, that Kent and I are about to rock this cruise season.

What I am Rocking and What I just Ordered
I have shared before the boots I am loving. And truth be told I probably own at least one pair in every style there is. Yes, it is true because this gal loves her footwear. All that aside there seriously are 2 that I am wearing on repeat this season. Any guesses?
Obviously the white cowboy boots, of course the square toe riding boots have been on repeat but I just ordered a whole lot of Spring Shoes for both Kent and I, aka cruise style.
Let’s check each of them out.
Square Toe Riding Boot
The Square toe riding boot is an All-Season Design. With a versatile look these classic knee-high boots go effortlessly with any clothes in your wardrobe. These boots easily finish your outfit and are made for all seasons.
Todays fun look is my winter uniform, cozy tunic sweater, leggings and a great boot.
My most recent purchase has fast become a staple in my winter wardrobe. Thinking I may need to order a second pair in one of the shades of brown.
White Cowboy Boots
Next up was a fun purely impulse purchase that I love, my white cowboy boots. Not only fun and fashionable but seriously the most comfortable find ever.
These women’s knee-high boots boast vibrant embroidery, providing a timeless Western vibe to step up your style game with refined craftsmanship. And they seriously look great with everything I own.
And yes this 62 year old has no problem wearing white cowboy boots with black leather shorts. This was a fall fav that has moved into winter with me.
Sequin Sneakers
Next up is my Sequin Sneaker, shown here in gold that has been around for a few years. This sparkled up easy style is not just comfortable it is classic. True story I own this shoe in gold and in black and decided I needed the red to match my dress.
Sparkly sneakers are more eye catching ,more temperament and no high heels to make feet uncomfortable. Cybil Shepherd knew what she was doing when she showed up to the Oscars.
I’ve replaced high heels for all dressy events. This Gal is not getting caught during a disaster in a heel lol. Possibly I watched the Poseidon Adventure too often as a child. ( revealing my age with all these movie references aren’t I )

Figured these would be the perfect choice for cruise style. Kent can wear them with shorts when we are heading off on an excursion, work with his linen pants for dinner and obviously the only choice for White Night Parties.
These fashion casual sneakers are durable, wear and slip-resistant. The anti-skid rubber sole provides excellent traction and grip on wet surfaces.
My choices may not be the height of 2026 fashion listings but they are truly in my top 5.
