What a crazy, insane, spectacular and awesome weekend…. and I know way to many adjectives but words can not even come close to describing the few days we had. We went to Toronto for the #EdgeNBT Finale Six show and I will just say wowser….
So Thursday was a travel day so of course an awesome travel out to show you and sadly I did not get an evening outfit picture but I did wear my Target jumpsuit that you did see here and here. For travel cothes I like it casual so with this weather am Honest Heart Tank and shorts with a chambray shrt and converse ( and my new pic earrings and necklace.
and then there was an awesome Honest Heart Collective show at the Bier Market in Mississauga and best of all it was Kent’s birthday so what an amazing celebration, his boys and their band and family bonding time all rolled into one awesome day.
and then came Friday and the #EdgeNBT, the Edge 102.1’s big finale show where our boys are one of the top six bands and I am telling you they killed it… they left everything out there and if they do not win it is strictly a matter of looking for a different genre. The boys were absolutely thrilled with their performance so win, lose or draw they ended that evening on a high note. Did ask Kent to snap a quick pic as we strolled over so not the best but… yea its true I may have picked up a few new pieces to wear. This black chiffon Dress and Crochet Sweater were Forever 21 finds ( paired with my F21 Booties from last year)
they don’t look like they had any fun do they?
and a few of my favourite snaps of the night
Saturday we drove home ( after partying till 4:00 with the boys). There was an after party show for the Honest Heart Collective and then breakfast at Sneaky Dee’s.
Sunday well politics meets Pride, it was the Ottawa Pride Parade and of course we had to go but this year we went with the NDP, we have an awesome Candidate in Orleans that we are fully behind so it was important to shw some solidarity today ( and lucikly the NDP Orange fits in well with the theme.)
