Breakfast is the most important meal of the day or at least that is what I heard growing. Truth be told it may or maynot be the most important meal but it sure is a delicious staple. Breakfast is a meal I can eat any time of the day. As long as you have eggs, biscuits and some cheese, I am good to go. Throw in a tasty meat and the meal is complete.
Are you a breakfast person normally or only during special occassions? I am a breakfast anytime person but sometims time gets away from me. Today I am sharing a quick and easy breakfast sandwich. My egg and cheese buiscuit is the perfect wokday treat.
Today this simple one pan breakfast sandwich will have you wanting breakfast every day too.
Ingredients for a Sausage Breakfast Biscuit
A few simple ingredients and you are set for a week of hot and tasty breakfast meals. This breakfast buscuit will have you savouring the first meal of the day.
- 1 Can Flakey Jumbo Biscuits
- 6 Eggs
- Milk (optional)
- 6 Fully Cooked Sausage Patties
- Cooking Spray
- Cheese Slices
How do I make a One Pan Breakfast Sandwich
How do I make a one pan egg and sausage buiscuit? Well is all starts with one pan lol, and maybe a few tasty ingredients.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- Crack an egg into each of the muffin cups. If you prefer a fluffier egg, you can add a drop of milk.
- Bake until eggs are set.
- Remove the eggs from the muffin tin.
- Spray again with cooking spray.
- Take a biscuit and pull it in half.
- Take the slices of cheese and cut them into four’s
- Place one half of the biscuit into the muffin cup.
- Place an egg on top of each biscuit.
- Then add a piece of sausage & a piece of cheese.
- Place the remain biscuit halves on top and place in the oven.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until biscuits have fully risen.
