reviewing my essie vox box

Holy cow folks, I cannot remember the last time I actually did any type of beauty review and that is like totally crazy. I think I have a years worth of products to start sharing with you but let’s start with Essie and my Essie Vox Box., an yea you can actually ask me what the heck is a Vox Box anyway… It is a boxful of goodies provided from Influenster Canada for us to test out. ( and hey if you want to join the party let me know and I will send you an invite)

This Essie Box was an unexpected surprise, I haven’t received a beauty product box so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, I figured I would get a bottle of Nail Polish to try and I seriously was happy with that.  Well imagine my surprise when I opened the box. Two polishes, a gel top coat and cuticle oil. and what perfect timing when you actually look at my after holiday nails….

Never one to hold back I immediately ripped open all the packages and went crazy, the blue ” Bikini so Teeny” is my favourite, such a soft beautiful shade. I added the gel topcoat and I kid you not a week with no chips, a whole week…. that is amazing.

Doesn’t it look pretty especially against a tan??

my new essie polish

I actually waited a week before I tried the cuticle oil, but it is pretty amazing. I have never used an oil like this so I was unsure of what to expect.  I just painted it on, rubbed it in and then proceeded to paint my nails ( hence why the shine in some of the pictures)

The “Plumberry” was next up and I could not believe the coverage, one coat and I had a colour I loved. Once again I used the gel top coat and here I type a week later and I have a mild chip on my index finger but everything else is still perfect. The shine is crazy, your nails look like they are still wait.

I am totally in love with my Essie Vox Box and I seriously cannot wait to try out a few more shades.
Remember if you are interested in joining us, let me know and I will send you the info.
