Happy Hump Day and welcome to Winter. Lucky for me I get to celebrate the frozen tundra in a warm and cozy Geometric Print Top from Eva Trends. It is a tough time of year but there is no question that the snow creates a perfect backdrop. How pretty is all this winter white?
Plus can we acknowledge this gal just shared an outfit post. That hasn’t happened in a long time. Actually the last outfit post was pre Halloween. How did I lt that happen. Finding my mojo and ready to start sharing my look, my crafts, my food and yep even my travel and experiences again. Thank you for staying true to me and mu journey.
Geometric Print Tunic
Let’s just forget the snow for a minute let’s talk how lucky I am. Just when I start feeling the winter blues and Spring envy is overwhelming fun packages arrive. Eva Trends a company that in this modern age believes clothing is something that defines the personality, status and class of an individual. They bring the most unique and classy clothing.
Dealing mainly in linen cotton loose fit feminine clothing.Well they decided to cheer this old gal up and send her a few presents. I checked into the company and the designs and I knew instinctively we would pair together nicely.
Plus they emphasize customer satisfaction and their clothing defines our personality characteristics in an elegant and beautiful way that pleases your mind. For me that is perfectly illustrated with this Geometric Print or what I call a Patchwork in Blue. So very suitable for this time of year.
Eva Trends Patchwork Tunic
For today’s look, my Eva Trends Patchwork Tunic and my Shoe Dazzle OTK Boots. A fun yet totally comfortable look. Suitable for work, travel or shopping. For me that is perfectly illustrated with this Geometric Print or what I call a Patchwork in Blue. So very suitable for this time of year.
Check them out, honestly they styles are so very unique. Leggings , boots and a fun tunic. I mean the fun print and colour is almost enough to make me forget it’s a sweater. My Shoe Dazzle OTK Boots and MK leggings work so well with my Elsa look don’t you think?
Life Lately and Ground Hog Day Feeling
What a crazy time, still working in my basement and living Ground Hog Day everyday. Who knew on March 13 2020 that I would be still working in my basement not seeing people two years later. I do try not to complain and support bringing an end to everything but heck it is tough some days.
That is not a real complain FYI, I am so lucky and fortunate. A great house and perfect office in the home, a supportine boss/employer and I go out only when I want to. Most people would love to have that life and most moments I do too.
BUT and its a big but I miss travel and sun, sand and surf ( and yes cruising). Really looking forward to getting back to our normal life. And dun dun duh…. I have a warm vacation booked. Three weeks in Florida in April and May and this gal is counting the days. Basically exacty ywo months to get in shape and undo all the impacts of two years of covid living.
OK totally not able to undo two years, but I will start slowly getting back in shape ( only because it makes me feel better). Plus I want to make sure all my cute summer styles still fit.
On the Blog and Blogging
The other impact on me personally has been the impact on my blog. Some days it is hard to stay motivated to share my non travels lol. I mean, heck too much time spent binge watching and wine drinking isn’t too exciting to share.
Athough I guess I could have pivoted my writings to TV/Movie and wine reviews. Maybe a whole series on wine and tv pairings. Hmmm that doesn’t sound like a bad idea.
On a serious note, blog slumps are ok, but its time to pick it up and start finding “ME’. Or maybe finding the me you want to meet with, share with. Are you ready for the next step in our journey together.
Fun Weekly Linkups I use to join ( and hope they are still around)
