Well Hello and welcome back to me… OK did ya even notice I was gone? I know the posts still kept coming but I sure was a slacker on replying the last 16 days. Internet on a cruise ship really allows one to take a vacation. So how have you been? Me, well life has been crazy great and I cannot wait to share all that has happened. Funny thing I thought I would get so much blog prep done this weekend when I got home but alas here it is Sunday night and I am struggling to get something together. Ironically I am starting my return with a winter outfit fairly close to what I just posted on Friday, well my Gentle Fawn Cardi honestly is on repeat.
Vacation Talk and Future Plans
Let’s talk vacay for just a moment. I just returned from a back to back cruise on Carnival, a visit to Jacksonville and a visit to Amelia Island. Sounds decadent and exhausting right? So much fun to share with you.
Back to Back Cruising was a new experience for me and one I cannot wait to share. Plus we have a post coming on new tips for prepping for a cruise cuz things have changed in two years. In addition, I tried something new, the Chef’s Table and that my friends will be my first post vacation post.
Stay tuned for Jacksonville, Amelia Island, a bunch of breweries, bakeries and shops. First of though sorting through what is an insane number of pictures and finding a few pretty ones to share
Photos and Jilly Presets
While we are talking pictures I want to share a new purchase. Jillian Harris ( yea you know who I am talking about) released her new presets. Well this gal needed to try them out. How insane is this?

Just before heading out on vacation I was having a heck of a time with my pictures. The snow, the wind, the dark, all making me crazy. Thankfully Jilly’s presets are helping with the dark. Plus hello she includes a great little how to for installing desktop and mobile. easy peazy.
My Gentle Fawn Look
Now true confession I wore this look on January 30th, my last work day before vacation. It is a fun look suitable for work and fun. The Gentle Fawn Cardigan was an impulse purchase last year while I was in Yellowknife. An impulse I do not regret at all. Most I have spent on a sweater in a long time but well worth it. Probably cheap for many but this gal doesn’t normally spend 160.00 on a sweater.
For work I wore my LNBFootprints Bamboo tunic and leggings. Who knew bamboo would become my material of choice. I added a fun pair of boots from Shoe Dazzle and a 7 Charming Sister necklace. All pieces worn many times but today I brought them all together.
Shop this Look
Stay tuned for all my fun adventures, I promise I will get out of vacay mode and back to work mode shortly
