Sometimes, OK most times when left to my own devices I am not the healthiest eater. Actually for years my idea of breakfast was coffee or tea and a cigarette. Now I have not smoked for over ten years but loosing that bad habit did not automatically create a positive healthy life style all of the time. Kent is the one who convinced me of the value of eating in the morning and making sure I had a decent lunch
My first breakfast was pancakes, fruit and bacon and it was delicious, although to be brutally honest it was the french toast with coconut that I fell in love with. I think I made one small missstep with the company and I forgot to mention my aversion to mushrooms and shrimp, but no big deal really mushrooms are easily discarded and trust me the shrimp dinner went to a really good home (stomach)
Lunch and dinners were full of flavour, fresh fruit and vegetables, tasty meat. Truly the flavours, quality and quantity were surprising. I was full after every meal and truly at times wondered if I would be able to eat it all.
