Kin Vineyards meets Giant Tiger and Skechers

HMMMMM That is one happy looking couple isn’t it? May be due to the fact that they are at a Vineyard opening or possibly because they are exploring the vineyard in such comfort and style in Skechers. Kin Vineyards had their grand opening celebration Saturday and we made the trek to celebrate with them.

Weekend Ready in Skechers

We had an amazing weekend, strolling or strutting all over Ottawa in our new Skechers. Kent and I partnered with Skechers this weekend to test out the Flex Appeal of the footwear. OK honestly I am testing out the Flex Appeal he just wanted to be like Howie and look stylish. Yep I said it Howie, as in Howie Long, not just the greatest looking football player ever but a Raiders player and a Skechers spokesperson hmmm no coincidence there. Kent also greatest looking guy, a Raiders Fan and rocking the Skechers look.

Kent is rocking the SKECHERS Porter – Zevelo. Soft woven canvas fabric upper in a lace up casual comfort sneaker oxford with stitching and overlay accents plus bonus time here, Air Cooled Memory Foam insole and a Skech-Air midsole. It really is the best shoe for city strolls, wine exploration or just a day of country side exploring.

Flex Appeal

I had the hardest time, not in the shoes but picking the shoes. It is crazy insane how many awesome pairs of stylish Skechers are available. I fell in love with the Heart Breaker Wedges that I saw Julie wearing over at Try Small Things.If you had asked me two months ago I would have told you I was ordering those babies for myself but then I saw these. Amazing sock like comfort and sporty style the SKECHERS Flex Appeal 2.0 – Insights shoe was my final answer. One piece athletic knit fabric upper in a slip on sporty walking sneaker with bungee stretch front panel and Air Cooled Memory Foam insole. Plus White and Gold, and perfect with a fun summer dress.

Wine Outfit

Thanks to Ford Canada again, we are still touring around the countryside exploring new places and spaces in our Ford Focus. Saturday saw us all over Ottawa, wineries and craft beer locations ( Stay tuned for our visit to Kin Vineyards, Broken Stick and Dominion City). The weather was a bit iffy, warm but not hot and the looming chance of rain all day. Never one to let the rain dampen my spirit I paired an amazing little sundress with my Flex Appeal Skechers. Isn’t the combo perfect? This Lily Morgan Crinkle Dress from Giant Tiger (C/O) is also available in white and red and is the most comfortable dress.

Kent opted to pair an Old Navy Linen Shirt and shorts with his Skechers.
