Linen and Stripes and Extended Summer

It’s Wednesday and that means we are half way to the weekend.  Sometimes I think the way I celebrate the weekend that people might think that I do not love my job.  Honest folks I love what I do but I also love play time.

Tired and Lazy

Not sure what is going on with me lately folks.  I am T-T-Tired all the time.  It most likely is connected to the whole Fall and it gets dark to early and as much as I love Pumpkin Spice I love sunbathing more.  Anyone else feel the seasonal shift and just feel tired a lot.

OK, moms of youngins and school age you are excused, your life totally has to be exhausting.  My life is me, just little ole me having to take care of herself.  Bit of a fib, Kent actually takes care of taking care of me so I just basically work, blog and play with Lou.  With a side of house stuff of course.  Life’s routine is off kilter and that puts me on the sleepy mode.  Time to start scheduling walks, and exercise and better habits I think.

Humpday in Linen and Stripes

I cannot believe the weather we are having, it’s crazy insane.  Let’s me extend the whole summer line though.  This weekend which happens to be Thanksgiving weekend will be seasonal switchover.  I will start swapping out the Summer/Fall Wardrobe.  The new outfit ( or re-newed) possibilities……

Anyone here use TimeHop?  I am a huge fan and I love when the last few years pop up and I get a little thrill about outfits I have already worn.  I look at a picture and think hmmmm I am so wearing that look tomorrow.  The freakiest part is when the hop comes up and I realize I actually wore the same outfit on the same day last year.  It has happened, more than once.

Old Navy Look with Giant Tiger

Enough crazy thoughts right, let’s get to the outfit because that is what the pics are about.  Styling all my favourite summer pieces. The cold shoulder top from Giant Tiger ( we use to call it off the shoulder not cold shoulder back in the 90’s lol). My Old Navy linen cropped pants with the linen blazer and of course my Skechers.  I went rogue today and wore a simple almost delicate necklace from 7 Charming Sisters.  Not a look often seen on me.
