Peek A Boo I see you, or rather I see me hiding behind the evergreen tree. Gosh it has been a crazy hectic summer. Jumping in late today for the start of the work week in a fun Old Navy Stripe Jumpsuit. Because hey Old Navy, stripes and jumpsuits all make me smile.
Life is crazy we all know that. I mean it’s not like I am sharing the trade secrets of life with that statement is it? Nope, it is just meant to help remind us all that life gets in the way, OFTEN. I had such high hopes for last weeks vacation.
I planned a week of recovering from the wedding and the family visit. I intended nothing more strenuous than blogging, doing some blog learning and lounging pool side. None of that happened. A Family emergency had us daily driving back and forth for two hours a day. On the plus side visiting family, on the downside my plan went to crap.
All that to say is embrace the moment, don’t fret and remember it will all get done eventually.
Ironically I may not have been getting daily blog posts done, but I must have 20 sets of outfit pictures prepped and ready. Yeah for lightroom and an ability to edit in the car. Today starts a fresh new week though.
Blogging is back to the forefront and I am actually hoping to get a few posts prepped for next week. I am going to Iqualit and not sure what the internet will be like. On a positive side, I will be taking tons of pictures and will share my bucketlist achievement with you. That is my last province/territory to visit in Canada.
Old Navy Stripe Jumpsuit
This Old Navy Stripe jumpsuit is so very versatile. I am thinking Converse for a casual look. A cute sandal and statement necklace for summer evening. Possibly my white boots and a blazer for cooler evenings. Dressed up or down guess what is coming with me in my suitcase. .
How would you style this? Would you wear it?
I have added a Military blazer and fun slides for a cool office look. Jumping then to white booties because I have a few pair (oops). My last wear I wore the Booties I found at Marshalls with a bold statement necklace. Today well another pair of white booties this time from Target.
Today’s Look in an Old Navy Stripe Jumpsuit
The linen Cardigan is a replacement for another closet fav. I must have searched every where to find a replacement for my Forever 21 lace back cardigan and thanks to Marshalls for coming through. This Cynthia Rawley piece is the exact same weight minus the lace back. It has a fun hood though so great new fav piece.
And today, the Target Booties I found on sale for a crazy to hard to resist price. So yep two pairs of white boots both unique and fun. Does that surprise you? It sure didn’t surprise Kent or anyone else in my family, lol.
