Valentine’s Day, a day of love, chocolate and of course Champagne. I thought I might make your day ” Sparkle” with a fun Champagne cocktail. Perfect for Valentines’s or Galentine’s Day your choice always. This Sparkling Kiss Champagne Cocktail is lip smacking good, or maybe good with some Lip Smacking if ya catch my drift.

Sparkling Kiss

This delightful beverage is a delicious way to celebrate the winter season aka pre Valentine’s and Galentine’s Day. Plus it can easily take you through all of Februaruy and maybe even up to St Patrick’s Day.  If you know me you know I adore all things holiday and that includes the spirits of the season.

Valentine’s cocktails can be elaborate and fancy or easy and simple. Something that brings a bit of festivity into your day. Make it red and refreshing and it will make you smile. This simple and refreshing Sparkling Kiss is a fun addition to add to your bar menu

Ingredients for a Champagne Cocktail

Trying not to be too repetitive but yep it is time to make a grocery list again. Well maybe more of a shopping list because you can’t buy champagne at the grocery store, at least not in Canada lol. Two ingredients and a garnish for fun.

• Champagne 
• Welch’s Sparkling Strawberry Daiquiri Juice Cocktail (Walmart)
• Fresh Strawberries 
• Mint Leaves 

How to make a Sparkling Kiss or Champagne Cocktail

This is as easy as open and pour.

1. Fill a champagne flute half way with champagne.
2. Top off with Welch’s Sparkling Strawberry Daiquiri Juice Cocktail. 
3. Garnish with strawberries & mint leaves.
4. Cheers. 

Tip:

Please note, you don’t have to use real Champagne. Any type of white sparkling wine will work! You can use Cava, Prosecco, etc.
