Easter is long since over but the Easter Wreath was still on the fireplace. It’s not like it is difficult to seasonally change the wreath but I could not figure out what I wanted. This weekend I decided at least I needed to remove the ” Easter” theme and then the concept came to life. Spring Fling in lavender and green.
First step to any re-do is removing the “seasonal”. I removed the bunnies and the Easter sign. Then the eggs followed and I was left with just the ribbon. After an internal debate about removing the coloured decomesh inspiration struck. Why not stick with the purples and the greens and just add a few flowers. Easy peasy.
Limes and purples just seem to work. A pretty spring like wreath that can stay through summer if I choose. I debated replacing the pink ribbon with lime green but the combination is working for me. Stay tuned to see if this one is a keeper or not.
