Happy almost St Patrick’s Day or do you call it St Paddy’s Day, woohoo it is finally here. The green celebrations are about to begin. Do you share a wee bit o’ Irish in your blood? Do you enjoy the festivities? Is green Beer on your menu this weekend?
April Fool’s or St Pat’s?
I feel like I should be shouting April Fools not Happy St Patrick’s Day. March 17th Mother Nature decided the green needed to be accented with a lot of white. Never fear the Shamrock will prevail. Its a week of green and a celebration of our heritage.
Quick question do you go St Patrick’s Day crazy? Do you dress in green, is your house in the spirit? I created a fun Tablescape with Shamrock napkins to celebrate. Plus let’s not forget my bar cart and wreath have joined in the fun .
In case you didn’t remember I have a wee bit o’ the Irish in me… and this time of year I really like to broadcast that fact. Plus I really love green so what a great excuse to just keep wearing it LOL
This is the time of year when I realize how much green I have in my wardrobe about the same time I recall I do not own green pumps. WTF right.. seriously I use to own several pairs of green shoes, I had Forest Green Pumps, Mint pumps, Neon Green, Pale Green, Dark Green… well I am sure you get the picture.Today notta, nothing, zilch remaining. Hence no green shoes in any of my outfit pics. Please help a gal out where can I find Green pumps?
Green in the Wardrobe
The girl in green, that has been me for years. 2019 is the year of non green to date. This week has been so crazy and so awful weather wise that I forgot to unpack my green. Today, the 16th I have vowed to get my green on but that is to late for the blog.
I thought it might be fun to share a few fun looks from the last few years.

Aw, I love all your green outfits, Linda! Since it is my fave color, I do have quite a bit of it in my wardrobe. We don’t do much for St. Patrick’s Day except wear green. Sometimes, the kids and I put out leprechaun traps the week leading up to the holiday but this year we sort let it all go. Your outfits are all so cheerful and gave me a great big much needed smile! Thanks for sharing and linking up.

I always wear what little green that I have on St. Patrick’s day. I’m making corn beef and cabbage for dinner on Sunday.
