Happy Humpday and oh what a day it is. Took a midweek break from the “IRL” job and decided to focus on the blog. Granted I am not dressed up for the blog work but it was a perfect time to share a new look. How awesome is this Joseph Ribkoff Graffiti suit from the Spring Line 2021. I fell in love with it and it seemed to scream LINDA.

Blogging 2021
Anyone else struggling this year? Or rather the last 14 months? It all started like a fun adventure, head home, work remotely and experience quality time together locked in our house. Big Brother in real life, how would we all get along. Life was great, honestly experimenting with baking bread, taking a few courses, relaxing and accepting life would be different for a short time.
Outfit posts had to change because work at home style was not Work in the office style. My dress up mojo started flailing. Add to that a lack of vacations, no fun shopping trips and I began to wonder what to share. Would people even care about where to go, what to wear, what to see? Add to that working at home during our busiest period glued to three computer monitors I lost my get up and blog attitude. The blog has seen more ups and downs than my google analytics lol.
How did you make it through this experience? Did you pivot on your posts , maintain status quo or fade away? Well May 2021 my new motto is ” Get Up and Blog”. Time for a renew, refresh, re start on the blog.
Joesph Ribkoff Spring Line
A renew refresh needs to start with a renewed style don’t you think? This Joseph Ribkoff Graffiti suit has been hanging in my closet since March. Waiting for that perfect day to bring it out and show it off. Small clarification, I keep referring to it as a suit but it actually was two separate pieces.
The Blazer and the pants can be purchased on their own. For me I am a lover of suits so ordering both pieces was a natural. Why stop at one if you can have both right. The versatility of both is invaluable at expanding the wardrobe possibilities. Mixing and matching with other pieces I own. Still contemplating the Graffiti dress as well because hello that pattern is spectacular.
How I styled the Joseph Ribkoff Graffiti Suit
Today i opted to allow the suit to shine. Wearing the pieces together with a solid black cami allowed no distractions. Wanting the graffiti print to join meant let’s go basic and simple. Who could resist a pretty black rose necklace as an accent, but again it seemed simple.
Adding my two tone brogues was irrrestiible. I contemplated a white or a black converse or maybe a simple boot but the brogues just worked.
I am picturing the pieces on their own in the future, wearing the pants with a fun shirt and converse. Throwing the blazer over a sheath dress. Endless possibilities.
Graffiti Suit and Athwear
Totally would be remiss if I did not talk about the athwear detailing. Did you notice the black stripe down the side of the pants? the high low hem? Fun details that will make them perfect for dress up or dress down. And the material is amazing a bit of lycra for stretch ( which also prevents wrinkling if you are sitting all day)
The blazer well look at those cuffs. Elastic cuffs with ruching on the sleeves. It is like your favourite sweatshirt but dressy. Black trim on the pockets and a single breast button front.
Fair warning you can expect to see these pieces frequently on my Insta account. Wait, you haven’t seen my insta account? Check it out you will not be disappointed I promise.
Shop My Look
Been searching around for where you too can find these pieces. Check out your favourite boutiques or check Amazon. I found all three pieces and the shoes.

Linda,
FABULOUS! And I wholeheartedly agree – why buy only one piece when you can have two. You are definitely going to have a ton of fun styling up those pieces. Blogging has evolved in the last year and while circumstances of life have changed, our basic interests probably haven’t. You just need to take time to let the creative juices flow again. And thanks for joining my link-up; I hope to see you again this week.

Such a fabulous suit! I love the bold print! I’m agreement – if I can buy matching trousers and jacket I will! In fact I’m a bit obsessed with trouser suits! This last 14 months has killed my motivation at times – and I just seem to forget what I need to do unless I write a list. Hopefully things are on the up now! Thanks for joining in the #stylewithasmile link up!
