Note: Edible sprinkles are found in the baking or cake decorating aisle.
Such an easy dip taking only ten (10) minutes to prepare. It will normally serve 4-6.
Ingredients for Sweet Fun Confetti Dip
Time to get the ingredients ready for our sweet Confetti Dip and don’t forget a great serving bowl and tray to help with the presentation. A fun party dish that is easy on the tastebuds and the figure, if you use light cream cheese.
- 5 oz. Cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 8 T. butter, softened at room temperature
- 1 c. Powdered sugar
- 2 t. Pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. Confetti edible sprinkles
- Assorted cookies and fresh fruit of choice, for serving
Directions:
This is so quick and easy. Got a craving, well this Confetti dip is ready in minutes. And you won’t feel guilty after snacking. Well maybe a little guilty but it is so very worth it.
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter with a whisk or an electric mixer.
- Add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Beat until light and fluffy, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Fold in the confetti sprinkles and transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Top with extra sprinkles and serve alongside cookies and fresh fruit.
- Enjoy!
