Guess I really should be calling this Kent-Style Beef Chili because I actually have not been to Texas to try their’s. There is just something about Chili and Texas that make me thing connected. A Beef Chili recipe for the fussy one in your life.
I love chili, actually we all love our chili. The heat factor however separates the men from the boys or in our home the men from Linda. I have a wimpy palette, I love flavour but I am not a spicy gal. Kent normally makes a jalapeno free batch for me, I know boring but necessary.
How to Make Beef Chili
Growing up chili was always made with hamburger/ground beef but Kent likes using stew beef. A tasty alternative for sure. He always goes “onion, green pepper and mushroom less” just for me. What that actually means is no onions, no green peppers and definitely no mushrooms. I told you I was boring. I told you before I am a fussy eater. This chili is for those fussy eaters in your life and trust me they will love it.
