How to make your own Homemade Stuffing
The process is pretty straight forward
- chop up the bread into cubes ( use seasoned for a special flavour) Any bread will do, we usually empty the freezer of all the bread and rolls that have stockpiled over the few months.

- 1 c butter
- 5 c bread crumbs
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp minced onion
Chop the bread into cubes

toss all together
melt butter
pour butter over mixture and mix with your hands
