I had to D.E.W it, ah there I went again, now face palm right? I could not resist, post about Tullamore D.E.W. has to have a pun or at least a play on words. St Patrick’s Day 2020 was not a memorable celebration other than the fact we actually did not celebrate. 2021,although we are still under restrictions, needs to be a D.E.Wzy of a day.
OK puns all aside I have partnered with Tullamore D.E.W. to share a few signature series cocktails and spread some pretty exciting news. Plus maybe share a recipe for the Tully and Tonic. We all need something to celebrate with right?

Tullamore D.E.W.
As the original triple blend Irish whiskey, Tullamore D.E.W. celebrates the beauty of blend. They believe the blending of cultures, thoughts & ideas makes the world infinitely more interesting, creative and inclusive. Their work extols the virtues of blending, of breaking down barriers, of embracing and celebrating the beauty of us.
Tullamore D.E.W. is on a mission to encourage the world to blend. What is true of our whiskey, we are a blend of 3 types of different Irish whiskeys, we also believe is true of humanity. When we blend with other people and ideas, we become richer as individuals and in turn the world becomes a wiser, richer and more open place.
How absolutely amazing is that mission? For me, for today nothing matters more than a blend of people and ideas, of cultures and concepts and of course of spirits and mixes. OK I can’t get too serious it’s St Patrick’s Day. Time to celebrate but also time to remember.
O’Everyone and Tullamore D.E.W
Tullamore D.E.W. has created a concept of customized St. Patrick’s Day shirts and signature serves using Tullamore D.E.W. to make 2021 a year for an incredible celebration. Tullamore D.E.W.’s signature serves trade the green beer and pickle shots for more sophisticated, simple serves using ingredients and elements you likely already have in your home. Maybe the Tully and Tonic or the Tully Rocks or Even the Tully Dew and Brew, all to up your game this day of Green
The signature serves are an element of the multi-faceted O’Everyone campaign which is raising money for the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) all year.
You can purchase a personalized O’Everyone t-shirt and bottle labels for $20 and the shirt gets mailed directly to your home. And as a special bonus 100% of all the money raised will go directly to the CCDI. Tullamore D.E.W. is covering all costs associated with production. Plus Tullamore D.E.W. has also kicked off the campaign with a $20,000 donation to the CCDI.
Let’s D.E.W this with Signature Series
Back to the collaboration, an opportunity to test out a few cocktails or create my own. Hmmm, why not try both right. Kent an I set out working our way through the Signature Series on their site.
Seemed like a decent plan to me, it was St. Patrick’s Day , we took the day off and the Irish Whiskey is spectacular. I thought I would go with the Tully and Tonic and Kent created a smoky Old Fashion with Tully.
Tully and Tonic
Lets gather the ingredients shall we and get stirring or maybe we should get shaking. I don’t know are you a shaken or a stirred kind of person?

- Pour a measure of Tullamore D.E.W. Original Irish Whiskey into the glass
- fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Top with tonic water and gently stir with a bar spoon.
