President's Choice Eggies Cheesecake

The perfect decadent Easter delight.  A light and airy no bake cheesecake.

  • 2 c crushed graham wafers
  • 1 c melted butter
  • 1 c icing sugar
  • 2 bricks cream cheese (regular)
  • 2 c whipping cream
  • 1/2 c crushed eggies
  • 1 c eggies ( some crushed


  1. melt butter

  2. add butter to graham crumbs and pour into springform pan

  3. press crumbs into pan

  4. whip the whipping cream or try cool whip ( reserve some whip cream for a topping 1/2 cup)

  5. slowly add cream cheese and beat till smooth

  6. add crushed eggies ( fold in)

  7. pour mix into gram crust and set in fridge for at least two hours, overnight is better

  8. remove from pan

  9. add a dollop of whip cream to center of pie and cover in eggies

  10. serve and enjoy
