  1. whip the whipping cream or try cool whip ( reserve some whip cream for a topping 1/2 cup)
  2. slowly add cream cheese and beat till smooth
  3. add crushed eggies ( fold in)
  4. pour mix into silicone mold and set in fridge for at least two hours, overnight is better

add a dollop of whip cream to center of pie and cover in eggies serve and enjoy

 

Sub coconut milk whipping cream as a diary free sub. ( if I find a cream cheese substitiute I will update)
