Cabot Trail Maple Cream, Maple Cream
1 oz. of Cabot Trail Maple Cream
1/2 oz. orange liqueur
4 oz. of strong coffee
1 oz. chocolate syrup
Chocolate chips or pearls
Pour the chocolate syrup into a highball glass or a large cup.
In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the maple cream, the orange liquor and the coffee. Shake vigorously.
Filter the contents of the shaker into the highball glass by gently pouring it on the back of a spoon so that the coffee is deposited on the chocolate syrup.
Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings and an orange peel.
