Blog Podium Bound and in Old Navy Linen

It’s Friday and I am heading to Toronto for BlogPodium. I cannot put into words how excited I am. Am I alone here, does anyone else get worked up/excited/nervous about attending blog conferences? I get a thrill knowing I am going to see bloggers I follow and react with daily. Excited about the learning possibilities, so keen to learn and figure out what I can do to get bigger, better faster.

Tooth Stories

So a day late in my posts, this is actually Wednesday’s outfit. The look I had before heading to my periodontist. Yep tis true next step in my implant complete. Missed a day at the office recovering. The pain was nowhere what it was back during my first step. Amazing what happens when you take care of yourself and have a procedure without it being infected.(TMI right). On a serious note the worst part of all this is not being able to brush my teeth for 24 hours, honest, it is almost the worst part, minus the stitches and swelling and pain.

OK I am kidding not a ton of the other but the not brushing was a real thing and I hate it. I am religious about my teeth and cleanliness so skipping brushing is a bit of an issue. I keep telling myself it will all be worth it in the end.

I think this may have been the end of the summer styles, a big storm swept through the city and the heat wave has now snapped. I took the opportunity to wear another Old Navy Linen Shift with a fun blazer. My yosa necklace seemed the perfect addition. Shoe Dazzle signature soles for work and my Tom’s for traveling. I love these pink suede babies.
