Started this post wanting to share the return of my stripe pants and white Booties. I mean how fun is this look right? But then Climate change hit me in the face. We had a Tornado touch down in my neighbourhood. That is a true what the holy heck moment folks.
Let’s Talk Tornado and Orleans
I live in Orleans, Ontario and we, I repeat we do not get TORNADOES. First we start off this season with practically no spring and now a Tornado. Seriously I thought Tornadoes are for places that get really warm weather. We do not live in an area that traditionally suffers from this phenomena but now the second in less than a year.
Add to this the insane flooding that has been happening and the cold weather. What would you call it? Global Warming, climate change, I swear the world is spinning off the normal axis.
I was editing old posts and also realized we have an insanely hot October, so have the seasons moved. I think Summer is now July to October, not may through September.
White Booties and Stripe Pants
Enough serious crap, let’s talk fashion. It is the start of a workweek so who needs all doom and gloom right? Wearing my white booties I found last year at Marshalls. I adore these boots. Comfortable and stylish and they go with everything.
The pants were a find at Forever 21. Little secret, I have not been a good girl with the diet and exercise this year. That means these pants are way to snug but the material is totally forgiving. I swear I have a 20 pound swing over the past two years. Fortunately the lbs are not making the clothes unwearable, just not totally comfortable.
Guess Linda needs to get serious, I feel better with the weight off so I need to focus.

Wow that is sure scary. The tornados have been bad this year. Each week we have been getting tornado warnings. We had one hit last week about 30 minutes from where I live.
